Concord Ridge is located on over 60 beautiful acres neighbored by some of Michigan's finest vineyards. Large indoor arena with GGT footing open year-round. Surrounding the barn are numerous paddocks and pastures which are .25 to over 3 acres in size, and 2 large outdoor arenas with a specially engineered drainage system.
Equine Facilities
Sit in comfort in our large upstairs lounge which includes a full kitchen, Wi-Fi internet, and a large classroom. The balconies from the upstairs lounge allows you to walk out and look above the stalls and indoor riding areas.
Concord Ridge makes its own hay, special blends of Timothy and alfalfa, on the property that was previously organically farmed.
The lower level of the barn includes a 126' x 203' multipurpose indoor arena, downstairs lounge.
Our indoor arena features GGT Footing; material mixed with textiles and fibers which creates a more stable riding environment by reducing impact on limbs, providing greater traction and allowing sand depth to remain at a minimum.
2 large tack rooms house numerous, deluxe, heated and air conditioned tack lockers and a washer /dryer.
